What a great show. WHITESNAKE put on a brillant show. DOUG and REB were great as was the rest of the BAND. MR COVERDALE was on top form whipping the fans into shape. He is and has always been THE BEST FRONT MAN for me. A great day, great gig, shame the SNAKES weren't the headling. Can't wait for the time to see again.

What a fantastic show. I did Download for the the first time this year, and only because Whitesnake were there. Over the weekend saw a variety of acts, some good (some surprisingly so!), some bad. The band were by far the highlight of the weekend. Yet again David showed a wonderful bond with the crowd, had young and old singing along with old & new songs. The band played superbly and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. Guys, it was a pleasure to be there with you. Thanks so much for yet another perfect WS memory to cherish. Please come back home soon!

Just wanted to add to my last post - it's been great watching the on stage guitar chemistry between Doug and Reb develop over the last 6 years. Today showed just how good these two are together. Great stuff lads!

This was one of the best shows of the weekend, a lot of good songs, definitely got the crowd going. The guitar duel was brilliant, the only band to do it. It was unfortunate that most people there weren't singing along but crowd was full of a lot of young people. The best finish to an act as well, every other band except Faith No More left people feeling empty but this left people still rocking out after they went off stage. Definitely gonna look out for another gig from WHITESNAKE!!!!!

One of the best festival acts I have seen in the last 10 years. Made my whole weekend. Long lost memories came flooding back. Great guitar solos and great selection. Keep up the awesome work, rock on.

Whitesnake were superb as usual. David looked very emotional at the end of the gig. The sing along to 'Here I go again' was one of the best we've seen. Our sons of 19 & 21 brought up on Whitesnake loved every moment.

This was a fantastic performance, DC & the band were on top form. It was also my 8 year old son's first WS show, he loved it. DC and he made eye contact about 4 songs in, it made his day. DC proved once again that he is the best frontman, no one else can work a crowd like David. Come back to the UK again soon... in the still of the night.

What a brilliant show the Whitesnake guys put on at Donnington. I can't believe that it's 26yrs since I last saw the band there. David's singing voice is still one of a kind. This time I was with my 14yr old son who was looking forward to seeing them and was not disappointed at all, singing his head off all through the set. Great show guys - just not enough of it!
